en novembre 2019. Ces rumeurs sont parfois li\u00e9es aux fausses expertises (par exemple, le faux savoir de la th\u00e9orie de la Terre plate), li\u00e9es \u00e0 des croyances non rationnelles, ou \u00e0 des promotions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des expertises est li\u00e9 \u00e0 notre histoire politique et scientifique. Le regard de l\u2019Histoire doit donc \u00eatre invoqu\u00e9 pour \u00e9clairer ces questions, tant sur la gen\u00e8se de l\u2019expertise institutionnelle \u00e0 partir du XVIIIeme si\u00e8cle, que sur le retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience que l\u2019on peut avoir des projets hydrauliques pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019histoire, d\u2019autres approches disciplinaires allant de la sociologie \u00e0 l\u2019anthropologie ou aux sciences politiques et th\u00e9ories du changement sont naturellement concern\u00e9es. Ainsi les cons\u00e9quences sociales des projets \u2013 y compris les situations de tensions sur l\u2019eau &#8211; pourront \u00e9galement \u00eatre abord\u00e9es et constitueront l\u2019un des th\u00e8mes de l\u2019appel \u00e0 communication.<\/p>\n<p>Il est propos\u00e9 pour ce nouveau s\u00e9minaire de partir d\u2019exemples concrets de projets hydrauliques, projets pouvant \u00eatre de toutes sortes et r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des besoins urbains, 2 agricoles, industriels, production de biens communs (transports, \u00e9nergie), soci\u00e9taux, s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des biens ou des personnes, r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes de tensions sur l\u2019eau. Les exemples de crises hydrauliques et de leurs cons\u00e9quences sociales seront \u00e9galement bienvenus. Tous les compartiments du grand et du petit cycle de l\u2019eau sont concern\u00e9s tant d\u2019un point de vue scientifique et technique que d\u2019un point de vue social, \u00e9conomique et politique : connaissance et gestion de la ressource selon les usages (\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, eau potable, agriculture, industrie, navigation, tourisme, \u2026), d\u00e9finition et r\u00e9alisation de projets locaux ou \u00e0 \u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale, mise en \u0153uvre des r\u00e8glementations europ\u00e9ennes (Directive Cadre sur l\u2019Eau, Directive Inondation, Directive Cadre Strat\u00e9gie pour le Milieu Marin, \u2026). Le cas des inondations est particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de l\u2019\u00e9volution des politiques de pr\u00e9vention avec d\u00e9sormais une place plus grande laiss\u00e9e aux d\u00e9marches co-constructives (Strat\u00e9gie Locale de Gestion du Risque Inondation, Programme d\u2019Actions de Pr\u00e9vention des Inondations).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2a3ef5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\"
